ANAID is an exclusively online store.
Buying at ANAID is easy and fast. Just follow the following steps:
- Find the products you want to purchase;
- Choose the desired quantity;
- Add products to the shopping cart;
- Proceed to checkout;
- Enter your personal information, including delivery and billing address (if necessary);
- Select the payment method;
- Confirm your order and wait for the products to be delivered.
After confirming payment for your order, ANAID sends your items within a maximum period of 48 hours (with the exception of items purchased in pre-sale).
When completing your order, a success message will appear on your screen and you will also receive a purchase confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as payment details. After payment, you will receive an email again. This confirms the completion of your purchase.
Payment
ANAID has 3 payment methods: Bank Transfer, Paypal and MB Way.
At ANAID, it is not necessary to send any receipt or proof of payment, regardless of the method chosen. Once payment is received, your order status will be updated to “Processing” and you will receive an email or check your customer area to confirm this information.
Shipping
ANAID sends all orders using the CTT mail service via the “registered” method, thus ensuring maximum security for the customer. The shipping cost is based on the weight of the order and is calculated according to the following table:

The delivery time for your order is 24/48 working hours within the national territory. For orders sent to European territory, the delivery time is 3 working days, for the rest of the world it is around 5 working days.
