Exchange and Returns Policy

Here you can find our exchange and returns policy, however, this does not exempt you from opening a request by email to geral@anaid.pt

GENERAL VIEW

Exchanges and returns are available for a period of 14 days and are only accepted if there is a proven defect in the item purchased.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must not have been used and must therefore be returned in the same condition as received by the customer. Exchange and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, meaning ANAID is not responsible for any costs associated with returning and resending a new item.

REIMBURSEMENT

In case of return, the refund amount must be agreed upon by both parties based on the problem identified and processed after collection of the item in question and within a maximum period of 7 working days.

LOSS ORDERS

If your order is lost by the contracted company, ANAID is responsible for resending or refunding the value of the item, in case they are lost. 

ANAID has access to the identification code of all your orders, from which it is possible to open a complaint with the carrier for an internal investigation.
